The Mastermind for Changemakers

The Mastermind for ChangeMakers

Over the past 15 years I’ve had a lot of different jobs and worked with a variety of people.

And I’ve found a common thread with the ones doing deep work…

âś… They want to do something they love.

âś… Make good money

âś… Create a lasting impact in the world

âś…Have deep fulfilling relationships.

This truth spans from professional athlete, to stay at home mom and the executive in the boardroom.

Some of these goals are subjective - “good money” is relative, but most don’t need to be driving a maserati and flying in a private jet.

They want to do work that matters, while making enough to support the people they care about.

And do some good in the world.

I’ve essentially made my career by working with these people.

I call them Changemakers.

Leaders who show up to create positive change for themselves and the world around them.

  • Doing the deep work to heal their past, patterns and limiting beliefs.
  • Build confidence as a leader to show up authentically
  • Learn the power of vulnerability to show up with more love
  • Committing to a mission that’s greater than themselves

And in order to be a Changemaker in the world you have to start by leading yourself and then leading others.

What I see missing in most approaches to personal growth is the compartmentalizing of strategy.

One get’s a business mentor to make more money. A relationship coach to “fix” their lack of intimacy. But whichever they choose leaves a gap in another area of life.

There is no “work-life” balance, there’s only life. We have to integrate all parts of our world to have a deep and fulfilling life.

And that’s why I teach Leadership differently, and am turning The PACK men’s group into a Leadership Mastermind for men.

When you transform yourself by doing the inner work, it changes your outer world

  • When you become more grounded, confident and on purpose, you will be more trustable as a leader.

  • Having the ability to regulate and connect to your emotions will create more fulfilling and lasting relationships.

  • Your internal beliefs about yourself will directly relate to your levels of success.

I’m merging the men’s group with Leadership development- because men’s work was the first ever mastermind.

Since the beginning of time men have gathered around fires to share wisdom, provide support, and guide each other through life.

These circles forged strong leaders who served their communities with purpose and courage.

Through the lens of traditional men’s work, The Pack will guide you to lead with confidence in a modern world to grow your business, deepen your relationships and feel at home in your authentic self.

Men - If you are ready to transform your life personally, professionally and in relationship by doing the deep inner work - this is your calling.

Disclaimer - this isn’t for everyone.

Only the men who are serious about making change in their life and showing up in community will be accepted.

The Pack is a monthly membership and enrollment is now open this week to you before going to the general public.

I’m closing doors at the end of February and will only open them a couple of times a year.

When I was 28 my life completely transformed when I stopped using 2 words: "Think" & "try". I was in a business mentorship and the first 6 weeks were all personal growth related. When we got to the mindset module, my brain started to completely malfunction when I realized the way my mind was keeping me stuck. This program was supposed to be the answer to my problems. I wanted to quit my corporate job, start my own business and live the life of my dreams by helping people. I thought I needed...

I've had a ton of clients ask me: "Why don't you become a Therapist?" It's because I don't want to be limited in how I help people, like the many clients who come to me after therapy doesn't work. I want to introduce you to a former client of mine, Shannon. Prior to working together she had been seeing a Therapist for several years until finally one day it dawned on her. "My Therapist is keeping me stuck". (Scroll to the bottom to see how I helped more in 12 weeks than her therapist did in 2...

He showed up to our call exhausted and desperate. It's been 4 months since he started this new management role where he has shifted from "player" to "coach" in his company and it's been like drinking from a water hose trying to meet all the demands. Not only does he have his own responsibilities, but now he has an army of people wanting his time, opinion and answers. It's like a brood of baby birds chirpy loudly in his ears until they get fed. In my clients scenario, it's like they never get...
